Now let me state here and now that I don’t believe that genetics should ever be used as an excuse not to try to better yourself and get in shape. Everybody can achieve incredible results but for some it can be harder than others.

I think a big point to changing your body is to have an understanding of your physiology and adjust your nutrition, training and mental focus accordingly to make sure that the plan you follow is suited to you and no one else.
