A. No. This program was designed for anyone with basic computer skills to be able to use and succeed in gaining control over your finances. We decided to create this system in Excel because anyone who is dealing with their bills will be on their computer. The eBook that comes with the FCS kit will walk you through how best to use the FCS program and the walk-through videos will guide you through the process step by step.
A. Any computer (laptop or desktop) that can open and run Microsoft Excel files. The program itself is not a very large file, and we made it streamlined so that it doesn’t require a new, fancy computer. Also, if your portable device can run Excel files, then it would work there as well.
A. No, not at all. In fact, this program was designed for people who do not want to, or cannot fully automate their bill paying process. For example, some people have irregular pay days or might have emergencies come up and if they had auto-pay set up, it would definitely lead to overdraft fees (which are like $35 each!). The Financial Calendar System is designed to utilize auto-pay, or manual online payments, while still creating a system where you are in control of triggering the payments while making sure the money is available.
A. If you have either created your own elaborate spreadsheet, use Quickbooks, use a site like Mint, or bought a different financial program, then keep using that if it’s working for you.
