Our franchisees are all highly qualified and experienced licensed conveyancers or solicitors (select your state for specific qualifications)* with an excellent system of conveyancing and legal support (provided by their franchisor and independent legal firms) as well as extensive professional indemnity insurance coverage.

We have the most stringent selection criteria and training in Australia for all of our offices. Our franchisees are all highly qualified and experienced licensed conveyancers or solicitors (select your state for specific qualifications), with the best legal support in the country as well as extensive professional indemnity insurance coverage.

Jim’s Group Pty Ltd (as the Master Franchisor) does not collect a percentage of our franchisees profits or a fee per client. However our franchisees do pay a fixed monthly fee for the right to operate the franchise and may pay a fee for receiving a prospective client’s details from the Jim’s Group National Administration Centre. This structure allows us to keep our costs down and pass the savings on to our customers.

Unlike many law firms and large multi-office conveyancing firms each of our office owners will be hands on in operating the firm. This is how we are able to ensure our stringent quality controls.

Technical expertise is not enough to be chosen as a Jim’s franchisee, so all of our conveyancers and solicitors offer brilliant service. Jim himself trains and monitors each of our franchisees, ensuring they pass his obsessive standards of quality and service.
