This is a General Preparatory Phase that systematically pairs lower & upper body exercises with intelligent energy system exercises to create evil circuits. What’s the best way to add lean mass? Not a little bit of lean mass, an aberration of lean mass.pure, absolute, unbridled hypertrophy. MONSTROUS is your answer. Volume goes ragging mad. This is the meso-phase that broke the bat.

Keeping track of your workouts is vitally important. It’s what separates the champions from the wanna-be’s, the lions from the gazelles, the micro-brews from the Coors Light. And so, Training Logs are included with EVERY PHASE.
To fully understand the details of exercise form, videos are paramount. An (A) and (B) photo might show you where to go, but it won’t teach you how to get there. That’s why many of the exercises in #SVW include instructional videos. It’s almost like we’re training together in the gym.
Q: Is The Super Villain Workout right for me?
#SVW is going to be effective for anyone who wants to get powerful, jacked, & shredded. Period. But it will be especially effective for folks who love the hell out of comic books and superhero movies, because it just makes all of this hard work so fun.
Q: Any specific equipment needed?
A lot of effort was put into making the program interesting without making it too complex. So all of the equipment is standard issue gym shwag – DB’s, BB’s, KB’s, cable stacks, physioballs, etc. Like any program, if you don’t have the available equipment, the game becomes replacing the exercise with something that mimics the movement pattern.in other words, is kinda-sorta like it. But if you have the basics, you won’t have to substitute much.

Q: How many days per week will I be training?
The phases range from 4-6 workouts per week.
