In between one surgery and another, I was left with a set of prescription drugs, which left me feeling awful. I was lightheaded and exhausted, living my life in a haze. Those same drugs also damage liver health, and kept me locked in an ongoing cycle without escape, and without recovery.
Over the course of this ordeal, I began searching for alternatives, finding holistic medicine specialists, and doctors of natural medicine who were able to help open my eyes to new possibilities.
This included the concept of juicing diets, and yes, I was skeptical when I began.
But when I started juicing – One morning I woke up and felt better than I had in years! I had more energy, and an overwhelming sense of positivism and wellness. Finally, I was on the road towards recovery, and the improved health that years of high-tech invasive surgery could not provide.
