First off your book is awesome, an absolute winner. It is very informative, have great ideas and makes for easy (and understandable) reading.
I particularly liked the history section, especially where you give the different styles of the different countries. As a “history hater” when I was at school, this was particularly interesting as normally I would skim through this section as I would find it boring. On this occasion I found I was actually reading it and enjoying.
I also like the fact you tried to aim it at several countries, obvious by the fact you had included further links within different countries. I will forgive you for using American spellings:-)
