January 2012: Walking up the street on a gloomy dark morning in Toronto, our heads hung down in an attempt to battle the frosty wind that would whip through every time a streetcar blew by us.
Grumbles about the weather, bitching about the unshoveled sidewalks, swearing under our breath after slipping on a patch of black ice.
Surrounded by the noisy whirl of the espresso machine and the overbearing chatter of bundled-up Torontonians, we decided right then and there to change our lives.

Within a week we had our first website up'”a skincare website that we were sure would be the answer to our quest for freedom'”and a fresh new take on life that we were eager to share with anyone who would listen.
However, it turned out not everyone wanted to hear about it. They would scoff, roll their eyes, and pepper us with questions like “Can you even do that?’� or “What will you do if it doesn’t work out?’�.
You know those questions, those eye rolls, and that unrelenting skepticism. It either drags you down or it fuels you.
It drove us to learn, taught us to test out different models, trained us to pivot our approach when things were stagnating, and prompted us to set a lofty goal for ourselves: $5,000 a month by summer.
A couple months later we took the plunge and left on a 3-month-trip around Asia to test out this new lifestyle we were hellbent on creating for ourselves.
From Thailand to Malaysia to China we traveled and traipsed, working in whatever cafes we could manage, setting up more websites, and gradually taking ourselves closer and closer to our ultimate goal: $5,000 a month.
By July that year we surpassed our goal, pulling in over $5,200 a month, and by June 2013′”a mere 18 months after beginning this journey'”we hit the coveted $10,000 a month mark.
It has been over two years of defining and refining how we build, monetize, and run our affiliate websites. Now we want to help you create a freedom-based business around our easy-to-understand model.
After getting our first sale in early 2012, we began to play around with our website to see what worked, and more importantly, what didn’t. A few months later, we celebrated our first 4-figure-month!

Hi everyone! Periodically I have posted updates on my progress since taking the Lifestyle Affiliates program that Josh and Jill put together.
I took the course last year in June (less than a year ago). I’ll keep this short, but I hit a major milestone today. I originally took the LA course just to see if it was possible to make $500/month with affiliate marketing.
After almost six months of taking consistent action everyday, my first commission finally came in, and I was hooked! After seeing that money really could be made, I set a new goal….make $5000/month!
I’m here to tell you that less than a year later, I did it!! I was so close last month ($4800), but no cigar! This month I finally pushed through the $5000/month barrier!! And I’m so freakin’ excited!!
Guys, I was just smart enough to understand that Josh and Jill were awesome and amazing entrepreneurs and business leaders who truly have a heart for the success of other people, and I latched onto them, held on tight, and got with their program. They gave me the tools, the training, and the blueprint and I just followed it.
