Here’s the thing: You don’t need willpower to quit porn, you won’t have to fight your impulses, you don’t have to suffer any withdrawals, with the right frame-of-mind it can be easy to quit and avoid relapsing, and everything you like about porn still exists in the real world. By achieving your sexual reboot you can become way more receptive to real-world sexual experiences and enjoy greater levels of virility.

When your only approach is to fight your impulses, with no real understanding why you’re feeling and responding in the way that you are, then it is an up-hill battle which many people spend months and even years repeatedly failing. A cursory glance online tells you about all of the nasty withdrawal effects you’ll experience, and the great risk of relapsing into full-on porn binges at the slightest hint of temptation. You’ve been fed advice for success from people in porn addiction communities that have yet to even recover, and through all this we’ve subconsciously absorbed a certain approach to giving up porn that says:

I don’t really want to stop, but I know I have to stop if I want to recover, so if I can just resist the urge long enough, eventually I will succeed

Thinking like this sets you up for failure. It creates a sense of sacrifice, as if you are giving something up, rather than freeing yourself from the shackles.

So now you know that I have a method to stop Porn Addiction/Compulsion and Chronic Masturbation that allows anyone, you included, to quit:

But to do that we need to get real. There’s no magic pill you can take to beat porn addiction instantly. But there ARE methods, strategies and new ways of thinking that WILL make the process an easy one. How do I know that? Because not only did I struggle with porn addiction for years before I turned my life around… but I’ve coached others with killer results!

Whether you see yourself as an addict or just someone struggling with an intense compulsion, the fact remains that you have created all sorts of justifications for what you’re doing and why, whether you’re consciously aware of it or not. Once you change your beliefs you will automatically change your behavior, and such a change can only be brought about by deep reflection and increased awareness. This requires a level of complete honesty with yourself which is at the very foundation of a complete and long-lasting recovery.

You may or may not be aware of the associations, anchors and delusions that you have built up around porn, sex, masturbation, pain relief and escape. Before you even stop watching porn you need to have a complete understanding. And then by shifting your perspective and achieving this level of self-awareness it becomes easy to just stop doing it.

It serves as a great outline as to why fighting this problem with willpower is not the best way forward.

Twenty four chapters guide you through the full recovery process in clear, simple language. No fluff, no pretty pictures – just 70+ pages loaded with the essential knowledge you need to achieve your sexual reboot and reclaim your virility.

Sexual Reboot is NOT anti-masturbation but it’s important to abstain for a period of time to make a full recovery.

So why does it seem so difficult to stop and why are so many people falling right back into old habits even after managing to fight through 60+ days of abstinence?

Because they’re not dealing with the reasons why they turned to porn to begin with, they’ve let their ability to cope with any adverse emotional state fall by the wayside, and they still believe, deep down, that porn provides some benefits for them.

You will always struggle with porn compulsion if you do not deal with the root of the problem. The Sexual Reboot program can help you do this effectively and the perspective gained from Stop… The Easy Way can ensure that your desire to avoid porn outweighs your desire to indulge in it, bypassing the need to fight anything with willpower or suffer and struggle along the path to recovery.

When you have successfully completed your sexual reboot I would really appreciate it if you would write me and share your success story.

I had been trying to recover on and off for almost a year now, so I really wanted this book to be good. It did not disappoint. I was able to understand the addiction and the mindgames we play with ourselves which made things much easier.

I finished the book and simply did not look at porn. By June I had started masturbating every now and then, but without porn and without any chaser feeling afterwards. My sex drive is back and I’m feeling great! – Max, source

Stop the Easy Way is actually hilarious in places. I didn’t expect it. The tone is playful at times but that doesn’t take away from how informative it is. I totally agree with the approach, it makes complete sense to try and understand why you are self-medicating (using porn as an escape) before you stop porn cold turkey, otherwise you have a load of new problems that you don’t know how to deal with. I read it through twice before I started my sexual reboot and it went great. I didn’t look at porn. I did masturbate a few times early on but it didn’t effect my recovery (and the book actually says that it’s not a problem). – Steve, source

Back in May I had already failed several times and I was feeling depressed. I didn’t believe that a book could help me. I just felt like a weak person. The only thing that gave me hope was the tagline “No Willpower Necessary… Read more…
