What qualifies me to help you live a happier life? My background as an organizing expert has given me some unique first-hand insights into the process of happiness. My clients were always ‘unhappy’ with their disorganized situations. Some were extremely unhappy. I’ve seen the range of emotions from frustration, embarrassment, confusion, overwhelm, apathy, sadness, etc. Disorganization can have a huge negative effect on people’s lives. You can replace your negative emotions with good feelings and happiness! But I discovered that once we began applying some simple organizing solutions (actions) to their organizing problems, almost instantly their negative emotions would begin to be replaced by ‘” good feelings and happiness! I could see that this happiness effect was having a powerful impact on my clients lives. So much so, that I decided to dedicate myself to learning all I could about what other actions we could apply to generate happiness ‘” on demand. I read everything I could find on the subject of happiness. Then I began applying what I learned to my life and my family. These action techniques worked. Before long I was sharing these happiness actions with my organizing clients and students with great success.
