Look, I get it. You’re super busy. You have a job, family, commitments, etc. You know, a life. In fact, you are so busy that you may even have thought that you don’t have time to exercise even though you know deep down that you need to. I created this program to help people just like you get more fit and be more awesome at life in less than 30 minutes a day.

Fitness information can be confusing because it’s hard to know who to believe. Just because something works for one person doesn’t mean that it will work for others. The Higher Performance Life program avoids this confusion by relying on the evidence provided by scientific studies. New research is constantly being added to the program keeping it at the cutting edge of performance.

One aspect of a High Performance Life is that it doesn’t waste time. To that end, I’ve distilled the program down to be as simple and effective as possible. We won’t waste time learning complicated moves or routines when simpler alternatives can be found. We’ll focus on the 10% of exercises that provide 90% of the results.

The underlying goal of of the program is to help you be more awesome at life. To that end, the program also provides actionable advice on how to improve other areas of your life as well. You’ll become happier, healthier, more productive, and more successful at both home and at work.

Everyday, Monday through Friday, I’ll send you what you’ll need to do that day for your warm up, the day’s workout, and your cool down. These workouts will never get stale because I have written them specifically to be fun, effective, and engaging. In addition, you’ll rarely do the same workout more than once. We’ll only repeat workouts as a way to measure progress, so even then you won’t be bored.

Included with the workouts are clear written and video instructions on how to properly do the exercises. In addition, I’ll provide specific cues for you to think about when doing a particular movement and tips on how to overcome the common mistakes. It’s my goal to make you masters of the movements in each of the exercises.

The exercises provided by the Higher Performance Life program are not random. They are, in fact, carefully programmed and designed to improve broad areas of your fitness and make you stronger, faster, tougher, and generally more awesome.

In additon to the fitness information that the program provides, it also provides actionable advice on how to make other improvements to your life. I try to focus on tips that you can do at that very moment that will make noticable improvements in your life.

I believe that the “best” information is information that is backed by the “best” results. To that end, the content provided is backed by numerous scientific studies and research papers which prove its effectiveness. Simply put, “If it’s proven to work, we’ll do it. If not, we won’t.”

While I’m here initially to help you stay motivated and to hold you accountable to the goals that you’ve set, my ultimate goal is for you to be able to do that for yourself. To that end, I’ll provide tips and strategies on how to build and maintain healthy habits and stay motivated in the long run.

Higher Performance Life is a fast and effective fitness program that is delivered right to your inbox. Every weekday, you’ll receive information and a workout that was designed to help you improve your health, have more energy, and generally be more awesome in life.

Higher Performance Life is for busy adults and working professionals who are serious about improving their lives, but don’t have the time to go (or access) to a gym and work with a Professional.

The program is designed to be done at home so only a minimal amount of equipment is required. Ideally, you should have access to a place to run, a kettlebell or dumbell, a jump rope, and a pull up bar.

The workouts in the Higher Performance Life program can be done just about anywhere you can run and do exercises but were designed to be done in, and around, your house.

No worries! Just skip the workout(s) that you missed and pick up where you left off. Your fitness is a long term project so, missing a few days won’t have that big of an impact.

The workouts are designed to be done in 30 minutes or less including the warmup. If you have more time, I also include daily “homework” and “extra credit” exercises that you can do during the day to take you to the next level.
