If you are used to running a certain number of miles, for example, start at about two-thirds the distance. If you don’t notice any symptoms, then continue to add mileage over the course of two weeks.

This is a great start for a home gym. You can always add more expensive items later on, if you wish. However, you can get a great workout with these items.
