When I was 18 I was very skinny and weak and decided to go to the gym to lift weights but had no clue what I was doing. Like most people I went to the shop and bought a load of magazines and started to consume as much information as possible. I made a bit of progress as you always do when you first start training and then a few things happened that halted my progress like a handbrake on a car! First I had 2 really bad injuries to my knee that left me with 4 separate surgeries and then a bad elbow fracture that left me with another 2 surgeries and progress in the gym at an all time low.
It was devastating but by this time I was a qualified physiotherapist and a qualified personal trainer so I was determined to find a way to achieve the goals of more muscle and strength without having problems with injury.
I trawled through every book on strength training and rehabilitation I could and became obsessed with creating a program for myself that could deliver more muscle and more strength without getting myself injured.
What I found was that the majority of gym goers were just like me. They were struggling to achieve the goals and achievements they desired, whilst a lot of the time dealing with niggling problems from previous injuries or poor posture through sitting at a desk. They were frustrated and they didn’t know what to do about it. So they plodded along hopping from one program to the next, praying that the next program would be the one that gives them the results they wanted.
It became my passion to share with others the way I had achieved success and give them the opportunity to achieve the goal of more muscle and strength without the downside of being injured or compounding previous issues they had. I wanted to make a program that was easy to follow and streamlined so people just had to do what they were told and achieve fantastic results but I also wanted to share the why’s so that they could continue to train pain free well into the future.
Unstoppable, How to build muscle and strength without getting injured is what I came up with. After being both a physiotherapist and strength coach for over 10 years and trawling through every bit of research and reading material I could get my hands on plus then putting it into action with myself. I felt that what I had created truly was the best product on the market at this current time.
This is an ebook ,which is going to share the science of how to put on muscle and strength along with how not to get injured along the way. Then its going to give you a 12 week program that spells out exactly what to do in that 12 weeks to achieve those goals.
There will be a section on self assessment so you can see where you are now and then truly see progress as you go along plus give yourself an awareness of where your major issues are in your body that need sorting out to maximise your gains.
Then there will be the 12 week program set out into 4 phases, Foundation, Strength building, Mass building and power and performance. Along with these will be instructional pictures with explanations of how to do each and every exercise along with links to hours of video tutorials on all the exercises from the warm ups through to the strength exercises.

The workouts have been streamlined in order to make sure that you are in and out of the gym in 1hr for 3-4 times per week. Anyone who wants to make a serious change to their body and huge impact on their life would have to agree that 4hours out of 84 hours that is your waking time per week is not much to radically change your life.
The beauty of this system is that it is done in a way where you will be working on all aspects you need to within the sessions and it is done in such a way that you don’t need two separate sessions. All aspects of both muscle building, strength building and rehabilitation/injury prevention are rolled up into each session making it efficient and enabling you time to go and enjoy the other aspects of life that you want to enjoy.
The program has an extensive data base of tutorials that goes through every single exercise with video links so that you can be sure that you are being coached on the important points of every exercise.
