Since purchasing Agility Ladders Made Easy, it has been a terrific resource in my PE program. I have used it regularly for fitness activities and warm-ups. I have used it extensively during Athletics Training sessions with our school athletics team. The students really enjoy the interactive nature and it has also given them many new ideas/drills they can do when using agility ladders. Thanks for introducing me to your resource at the ACHPER VIC CONFERENCE a couple of years ago.
I got the agility ladders resource about 6 months ago. I really like the lay out – it’s very simple and easy to use and good to print 4 drills per page. I also find the videos really helpful. I use agility ladders regularly to add a bit of variation to my classes. I use mainly the beginner drills and often use ladders for a warm up. I find the resource gives me lots more ideas and it’s something you can pick up 5 minutes before the lesson and run with.
After attending your Fun Fitness Session at the Achper Conference last year, I purchased the Fun Fitness Games Resource and it has been FANTASTIC! They were all ‘different’ games that they hadn’t experienced before which kept them all engaged. One of the best resources was the Bodyweight Exercises which I could print off and laminate as reference cards for the students to go with the games cards. Your games also feature in many of our warm up activities, especially noodle tag, luck of the draw and rock/paper/scissors.
I have used Fun Fitness games a lot in my PE program in lots of different ways. Kids really love Fitopoly especially. I use activities sometimes as warm ups others for wet day activities…Another often used games are Bucket Call Out, Xmas Games and Calculator keys….great resource thanks heaps. Keep up the great work.
