I hate being the bearer of bad news, but when it comes to being able to live a long and healthy life,

I have gone on to author or co-author scientific research studies that have been published nationally, as well as in places such as The Journal of Applied Physics and The International Journal of the Care of the Injured.
The combination of my athletic and fitness experience and my biomedical research background have given me very special perspective on the areas of fitness and weight management. Honestly… How many biomedical scientists do you know who were also professional athletes?
After 5 years of personal trial and error that I went through after I retired from competitive athletics
