When I began reading “Stop Constipation Naturally’� I was immediately impressed by the completely honest and unadorned way in which Gemma shares the physical and emotional difficulties which led her along the path to well-being of mind, body and spirit.
Most importantly, the content of this book travels a landscape from the practical health issues of diet supported by informed research; to how unresolved emotional trauma may impact upon physical health. They are blended together to form a holistic whole.
We are presented with several modalities that were beneficial to Gemma and led eventually to a life-style choice that resulted in personal cleansing and healing.

I have been a vegetarian for many years. This choice was made because I did not want a fear-based diet, and could not tolerate the cruelty and pain inflicted on our animals. After reading this book I am further enlightened to the immense benefits of a plant-based diet (as long as I can still have my chocolate!).
